Shop Policies

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe that when treating our customers evenly and respectfully they return it. 

Processing Time

  • The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • All shipping is sent through Australian Post.
  • Orders sent within Australia are shipped through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 3-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
  • The estimated shipping time is automatically calculated at checkout once you have filled in details about your shipping address.
  • Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Mystical Aurora is not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Australian Post
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

Order Confirmation

Items are shipped after processing (3-4 business days) using Australian Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, you will also be sent a link where you can track your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we only ship to:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • France
  • Ireland
  • Japan
  • Spain
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • United States (US)

We are planing on expanding our shipping to be completely worldwide in the future.

Is it possible to make a change to my shipping address?
  • Please ensure that you provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address before ordering. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately, and there may be instances when your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed.
  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please fill in the form on the contact page, making sure to include your order number, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. There is nothing we can do about delays due to customs, and thus can not be held responsible for customs delays.

Returns, Exchanges And Cancellations

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@mysticalaurora.com within 7 days of delivery to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

Defects

We aim to get it right the first time, which is why we inspect each product 3-4 times throughout our quality control process before it is shipped off. If you feel you have received a defective product, please fill out the form on our contact page with your order number and a photo of the product and we will do our best to make this right.
