I restock as often as I possibly can! I understand the frustration with quick sell-outs, so I am doing my best to keep getting more stock for you.
All of our apparel is unisex and true to size. On each product page, you can find a size guide that will give the measurements of each size. For our Crew-necks, you may like to consider sizing up one for a baggier/cozier feel if that’s what you prefer!
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and personal information as we work on shipping out the products as soon as we can. So please be sure of your size and color as well as making sure the address provided is correct before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time.
We can not accept returns and exchanges due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@mysticalaurora.com or fill out the form on the contact page within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
